When I change the Permalinks setting it messes up the menu. How can I fix that?

How are you trying to change the permalinks, adding a custom structure? If so, what custom structure are you trying to add? What is messing up with the menu?

For some reason it didn't work yesterday. It was most probably unrelated to the theme. My mistake, sorry.
