Hi, I am trying to remove the quickslide from my homepage. I have checked the "Template" settings and verified that only "content" is displayed on any and all templates. The quickslide, where available is disabled. The quickslide still shows up on my homepage though. I've checked the screencast here and verified the quickslide is not enabled. http://www.screencast.com/t/dapgdkbKM

The screenshot seems to indicate the quickslider is still the template. If you slide to the right, it should be gone. If you're not using a static page, templates are the only way to go really, unless you go to Meta and hide it in the default.

The screencast was one I found here by a user explaining how to remove the slider. The slider is removed or moved to the right and not in any of the templates, but it's still on the homepage.

Going under Meta-Blog Page-Page Setup and selecting "hide quickslide" worked. Thank you
