Please see the highlighted image "Best of Us" background image in the box is going back of something. How can I put it on the front?

I can't see that live on your site but in essence, that requires a margin-top call in CSS. Do you have Firebug?

yeah that's not on the live yet...as I was testing it with firebug...I do use it and was applying margin-top: -30px; property to it...but it was going underneath any other box and the image was cutting as you can see here

Not minus... plus. Your image is cutting under the padding. If you set the margin, it should maintain the padding, and then slip below (not under) the padding area, making the entire image visible.
