In code customization, I try to put quotes before and after blockquote tags "201C" and "201D"
when I save, I have this (what I expect) :


BUT, if I refresh the setting page I make other changements (in layout, color, ... part) and I save, then I have this :


and in fact, the code change. I have now "201C" and " 201D" without the

You may want to try using the HTML equivalent or another form. See this:

Also, make sure you don't have any caching plugins active.
