By default the home/main page doesn't have a title. I also see that you've hidden page titles for your other pages. Have you chosen to hidden page titles in your Settings?

Have you set the options in Wordpress -> Settings -> General?
Alternatively, you can use an SEO plugin (like Wordpress SEO) to change them to your liking.

Your title is blank according to the source of your page. The home page takes the "Site Title" and uses it in the browser bar; that is default behavior of Wordpress (not a theme option). Example: http://jen.staff.pagelines.com/
Please provide a screenshot of Wordpress -> Settings -> General -> Site Title

Could be a plugin rewriting the titles, disable them to see.
