hi there, i'm on PL Framework.
I made modifications to base theme on style.css and then i had someone help me and they put their changes into the custom code box. i thought it would be easy and just take what they added and append to theend of the style.css but it doesn't work. it gets all messed up. what is the priority for these two areas? is it okay if i leave it the way it is even though it's not the "professional" way to do it? what is/are the drawback(S)? what could be the reason?
thanks!

Tan, there's nothing wrong with having CSS in Dashboard > PageLines > Settings > Custom Code > CSS Rules. This link will provide information about the Base Theme. Adding code to that means it's specific to the base theme, where the CSS Rules is more broadly set but there should be no problem leaving it intact. As long as your site is working, don't worry.
