Site displaying weirdly and losing formatting in IE explorer

Please take a look at the site I am building at http://oicd.net/oicd/ All elements are displaying fine in Chrome, but I am losing formatting in IE. If you view in IE the numbers that display underneath the feature area are not visable; the font color in the sidebars change to white to make them effectively invisable; and the feature section loses the text and picture in the last slide. Please help!

IE has a habit of not auto-closing HTML tags where other browser do. It sounds like one of your features is missing a closing tag if the feature navigation is not showing up. It looks to me from the source code that your last two feature images are missing `
