I have added the Morefoot Sidebars to the Morefoot Area (under Template Setup) and I have then added some widgets to the Morefoot Left, Middle and Right sections. However, I can't get them to display on my site http://www.bellyindelhi.com/ Can anyone suggest what I am doing wrong?

I assume you are trying this on your blog page.
The blog page is a special page, and this page's Meta Settings need to be made under Pagelines > Meta > Blog Page.
