Platform 2.0 doesn't render at all well with iOS. Has anyone tested it on other 'phones, Android and Windows in particular.

I'm not sure how it looks on a Windows phone or any other smart phone since I don't use any of them. Perhaps something could be done but I'm not exactly certain what would need to be done.

I've found the same, the old Platform Pro version looked great, but now I've converted to Framework it looks pants! Help!

Disable the "mobile optimized view." That's what I do with ios.

Or try a plugin that "mobile enables" your site: WpTouch (free) or WPTouch Pro (for more features), or look at the one in the PL store.
I have used WPTouch Pro on numerous client sites and the results have been very good.
