I've followed the directions below for importing and providing a URL link for the photo, but I cannot find under settings where to set the defaults for 200x200 Dimensions, Assign to Custom Key, JPEG Quality Parameter, and Default Thumbnail???
"All you need to do to make thumbs work is create a custom field called 'thumb' with a value set to the URL of a 200px by 200px thumbnail image. The plugin we've included is simply a utility to help you do this. (If you have problems any solution will work.)
To setup wp-post-thumbnail for this theme you will need to go under the settings for this in the WP admin under settings. Set "default thumbnail" to "no default", and set a preset to a dimension of 200px by 200px, and set 'assign to custom key' to the word thumb.
If you've set your defaults correctly this will add a custom field called 'thumb' to the post with the URl of the cropped image. Publish your post and your thumb should be there."
I've looked all throughout the WP Admin area and cannot find these fields anywhere, especially under "Settings".
Thumbnails work if I upload a 200x200 file, but that kind of defeats the purpose of doing it in one place.
