I'd like to move the disclaimer to where it currently says "more" and asks people to follow the RSS feed and then put a button on the bottom right corner (just a clickable image). Can anybody tell me how I do that?

Can you be a bit more specific, and perhaps a link to your site?
Are you talking about the "More" thats in the Feature slider?
And what do you mean by the "disclaimer"?
