i was styling a numbered list and gre-resources came up while "firebugging" my page, so i am wondering what gre resources are see, look:

resource://gre-resources/html.css does it matter? should i care? should anyone care? why is it coming up anyway? who actually does care and why and what does it do for my website? can it mess anything up and how can i make sure it doesn't? I searched and found:

As far as I'm aware its Mozilla's style sheet (CSS) for Firefox and is nothing to worry about.
