Accidentally Deleted 404.php code!

Hello,
I accidentally deleted the code in the 404.php page .............. I dont remember the codes at all except the

You can go back to your Launchpad at http://www.pagelines.com, login and get WhiteHousePro, Unzip it on your local machine, then FTP into your site. Just upload 404.php to your wp-content/themes/whitehousepro folder in your site. That will restore the previous 404.php.
