Could you be a bit more clear? Since you don't mean the Feature Slider, what do you mean by Feature Box? The image added inside a post? Do you want the Featured Image to show in the post?

Under the slider there are 3 spaces, if the homepage is a static page, as it's shown here:
http://www.pagelines.com/demos/ecopro/ ("u'll love this theme" etc..).
I have edited them but if i put a post page instead of the static one, they disappear.
You can find the options in "Feature Options". If u see, there are Features (the high part of the menu) and Boxes (the lower part).
I want to keep them on the homepage even if it is a post page.
If I activate the Features even in "post pages" it just show the slider but not the Boxes.
The site i'm working on is: http://venchiaredo.eu

Are you adding content to each box?

On Dashboard > EcoPro > Theme Options > Pages And Posts scroll down to Features On Blog/Posts Page and make sure the box is checked. Look at your site in another browser and see if the boxes are present on posts.

it is checked. The features (slides) are shown, the feature boxes aren't.
This image shows u what i mean http://imageshack.us.../catturaoe.jpg/
Now check on http://venchiaredo.eu and u'll se that this isn't happening.
On the eco pro demo the homepage is static. I just want to make the BOXES be shown on the homepage, with the features (slides) (which are shown).

No
At the moment i'm keeping the boxes with a static page, but i'd rather have a post/article page as home page, and with these boxes

If you go to Dashboard > EcoPro > Feature Setup, and go to each box, you'll see a line near the bottom for each page or post ID you want the box to appear on. Type it once, separated by commas, then copy and paste to the other boxes if you want to repeat. This is designed so that you can change boxes that appear on different pages.
