Is it an image file or is a fill colour? Can't seem to find it in the custom CSS file. I'd really appreciate your help in locating it as I've spent quite a lot of time looking.

I'm not sure if you mean the whole background like this:
but I believe you will find whatever you need in the css/pro.css file. For instance the #featurenav background color is #2A4669.
