What is the difference between a Single Posts Page and a Posts Page, and what purpose/reason for the different pages?

Post page is the the blog page, it lists all your recent posts. Single post page is the the page of that single post, when you click the title of the blog post that's where you go - post permalink... depending on your setup these may look very similar but you can control the independently in the platform settings panel bevj
