We're having two problems with our WhiteHousePro2 blog:
1. The Comment feature on our blog - PharmacyCheckerBlog.com - is NOT working. When a user clicks "Leave a Response" the page does not open a comment field, but just reopens the post without "Leave a Response" as an option on the page.
It looks like it is enabled correctly in the back end, and we frequently receive spam comments in our filter.
2. Mass subscriber notification emails are not always being sent out for new blog posts anymore. In the past subscribers have received an automated email notifying them of a new post, but this is not occurring with every new post anymore.
Please advise as soon as possible, thanks.
(Note: We posted on this last month - but even with upgrades our problems have not been solved!)

Have you tried deactivating all plugins to see if one is conflicting?

We have some 17 plugins - this process seems a bit complicated if it isn't sure to fix the issue. Any other ideas?

It won't hurt to deactivate your plugins and then reactivate them. All their settings are saved in the database.

This problem has been solved - there was some CSS data that needed to be removed.
