The links in the iBlog2 theme are blue with underline on rollover. However, the links in the right sidebar (added as text widgets for example) don't automatically inherit the theme color and behavior for links. If there's an easy fix, it might be worth implementing. Once the site visitor is trained to think of links as being blue with underline on rollover, the other links may just look like bold text.
