I would like to create a website which has 10px spacing between banner and content I would also like to similar spacing between the banner and header. Is there a way to do this without having to go into the stylesheet?
It would be nice to have the ability to manage this in your layout page.

No you have use CSS to change top and bottom margins. There's a section for that though, in Custom Code -> Custom CSS so you don't have to open any files.
