Can I add a second sidebar to my page. Is this even possible. My site is anubistech.net. Thanks for the help.

you can use a plugin like widget logic to have the widgets show on different pages.

Yes but i want a sidebar on the left to put more links and ads on will this widget do this?

I don't believe there is a limit to the number of widgets you can add to a sidebar when you are in Appearance > Widgets.
