Is there a way to add "alt text" to the images we select for the feature images? I love the feature, just wanting to make the page more "search engine friendly" so to speak.

I don't think so because the feature image is actually placed as a background image in CSS

And on top of that, search engines do not bother with css and javascript. So to get google to follow your feature links they would need to be normal links elsewhere, check it with this tool http://www.evolvedwe...m.au/googlebot/
