My custom header is deeper than the default and the welcome box/message in the sidebar has disappeared (or is covered up). Show welcome on all pages does not resolve. Can this be fixed?

I see now that it's not the custom header causing the problem. The Welcome box disappears when you place something in the main sidebar widget area. Any fix for that?

There is a widget for the welcome box in EcoPro.
Is that the issue?
if not, this could be a bug; but please give us some kind of link or screenshot so we can see it.
