Andrew I would like to use the entire upper area for the HIGHLIGHT page for a graphic that goes from side to side. Basically filling the entire are up with a graphic, instead of the text on the left and graphic on the right., Is this possible.

Yes, You could try adding some inline html with a negative margin on your image element. We might actually add a page template for it too :)
