To be compatible with Universal Design requirements, and also to be more user friendly, it would be nice to have hover-over descriptive (user definable) text for the media options icons located at the top of the page.

For example, I use the notepad icon as a link to the postings page. The camera icon goes to a photo gallery on Picasaweb.

This probably isn't a high priority, but would be nice.
