Strange re: FlickrRss... you might want to get in touch with the plugin provider on that one.

With cForms, it should create its own settings panel in the admin...

If that isn't working, I'd check their forums to see if there is a similar problem or if a certain path needs to be set.

Finally, you might want to try some other plugins as well. There are tons out there and most will work with your theme.

Don't worry, you're close :)

OK, making progress - see the page now with two graphics, the updated you provided made the appearance much improved, thank you!

The challenge that remains in getting the image cropped so the spacing is correct. This is a GIF and using the CROP function for images in WordPress seems to work - yet leaves a very large margin at the top of the image

Thoughts on how to correct?

PS - I can email the native file and GIF is this helps the troubleshooing

hey guys

sorry to bother you again. Do you know if it's possible to add a widget to a custom menu? The custom menu interface doesn't seem to support this, but maybe there's some more complicated way to do this? I'd love to add one of the standard bookmark widgets (e.g. addThis) to the bottom of our stay in touch column in the footer (which now looks exactly like what we wanted! - see http://www.gantto.com/beta).

thank you for your help!

To fix:
in this file: _sub_head.php (inside library folder)

find this line:

<?php elseif(!pagelines('hide_sub_header')):?>

<?php elseif(!pagelines('hide_sub_header') || is_home()):?>

It should fix it for you....

The subnav on the main blog page is designed to work only with categories that are added in the theme option (re: blog subnav categories or something to that effect)

There are no hex colors because the colors in the theme are controlled with images (which is why there is texture and slight gradients). When I gave you the orange hex color I used a tool called ColorZilla which is an add-on for FireFox and applied it to the menus items.

You will have to match the colors or guess from a chart to reach the hex colors that look best to you.

There are many charts available online as well if you search hex color chart in GOOGLE

Kealan,

The two items in the footer are now controlled by WP3.0 menus (we created menu locations for them called footer_social and footer_nav)
You'll have to set these up in the "menus" tab in wp admin. Also, the main nav issues is also related. When you re-create this menu leave out the home page tab as the theme will automatically use the icon.

I hope that helps.

Hey Frederico,

Are you using WP3.0 . The thread you mentions about "Menu Location" applies to WP3.0

The Stay In Touch section is a menu location changed via the "menus" tab in WP3.0 admin.

If you don't want to mess replacing all the widgets. You could go into footer.php and add the links you want manually. Not ideal, but if you can't upgrade and want it to look as is without reaplacing with widgets this is the best solution

The line that shows up is part of the image. I see the image does appear so I understand why you say it doesn't work. In PPT you need to make the font similar to the CSS for the site e.g.

"Lucida Grande","Lucida Sans Unicode",Arial,Verdana,sans-serif

As far as professional, I would try making the text in the blue images white and get rid of the effects so it's simple and readable. Does PPT have a save image feature? I'm not sure how to embed PPT graphics, but generally a more professional approach as well would be to use software more tailored to graphics.

It looks like there is some weird CSS rules and some spaces being applied. I don't know where it's coming from though.

it's
<font color=....

does that seem familiar to something you might have added?

There actually should be two footer type areas. A five column and a 3 column above it. To hide the 3 column footer you can go into the options and click "show sidebars above footer" option.

To get the other footer just running horizontally we can follow similar code from this post.

Really sorry about this inconvenience. So apparently there were two issues with the code. If you go to your sub_head.php file there is a portion that needs to look like this

<div id="sub_head" class="fix">
<?php if(!is_page_template('page-highlight.php') && !pagelines('hidesearch')) include (THEME_LIB . '/_searchform.php'); ?>
<ul id="subnav" class="fix">
<?php wp_list_categories('include='.pagelines('subnav_categories').'&title_li='); ?>
</ul>

</div>

This is how the code should look AFTER the second elseif statement.
If you want to wait I'll be updating the theme package shortly.

Since i cannot find any hex numbers for the Headers colors in the theme.css, i will have to backup my files, uninstall station pro 3 and reinstall it again.

All i need is:

the hex # used in the orange background header is #EC793F. Does anyone knows the hex numbers for the red, blue, green, pink, yellow, black, grey?

I've also download the software from http://www.eltima.com/products/free-color-picker/, but it cannot be installed in my PC. I am using windows 7.

Thank you all for the help.

best regards,
Yvon

Upgraded to Wordpress 3.0 and the latest iBlog Pro on site http://www.iwrite.ie and there are problems in the header and footer area that were not there beforehand.

Previously, in the footer area, just the first level of pages appeared on the left hand side, and in the middle, the social media. Now all of the site's pages are appearing in both and the social media don't appear at all in the footer area.

Since the upgrade, the static front page, called 'Welcome to iWrite' beforehand, is now accessible under the home icon, which is fine, and in a second page beside it, which isn't.

I'd like to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Thanks,
Kealan Flynn

The sites load fine, no obvious errors, the sites are not heavily visited - they are for local businesses.

I think it has something to do with the RSS Feeds - Blog, Twitter, Flickr.

Awesome - will try that.
I did fix 2 in a somewhat hacked way - but that'll probably do, and 3 is probably ok too. The latest issue is still open and I'd love to figure out how to close it - any help would be immensely appreciated. Thank you Bryan!
