Conflict with using Font Awesome in Page Title & Banner Image

Using <i class="icon-[name of icon]"></i> in a page title gives the desired result of having the icon in front of the page title.

However, if a banner is on the page the Banner Image uses the page title for the alt text and having the icon code in the title returns the result seen in the screenshot.

So far it is the only conflict I see.  Box images are fine and video in the banner media is fine.  Just seems to be the Banner image picking up the page title as the alt text.
