I am having this same issue on my site as you are on pagelines.com. see links provided.


 


Here are two views:


http://tinypic.com/r/oszlaq/6 - http://tinypic.com/r/b9c6l4/6 : this is windows 7/8 note the fixed nav area, and in 7 note the lack of css or at least a majority of it.


 


Also, the fixed nav does not always remain on top of scripts.


 


I found this validation error in relation to the fixed nav, but I'm not sure it's the problem. xhtml val pagelines.com and agbeat.com


 


Error Line 307, Column 111: An img element must have an alt attribute, except under certain conditions. For details, consult guidance on providing text alternatives for images.

Please advise - this is a critical issue.
