Using Theme Demo Content
Preconfigure Your Site Content
A great way to start with your theme is to use the XML export file from the demo. Having this starting content makes it easier to see how some features are created. Download the demo content below and import it into your WordPress site to get a replica of the theme demo site.
To download the demo content right click one of the links below and click “Save Link As”

The second step is to navigate to the Tools options and click Import. Then on the bottom of the list of accepted import systems click WordPress.
Finally, locate the .xml file you saved/downloaded from one of the links above and click on the “upload file and import” button pictured below.
Note: importing these files will not delete your current pages and posts; it will add the demo site pages and posts to those that are already there.
