What will you be doing?
- Guiding customers through customization of their website (built on WordPress and Pagelines)
- Helping people get up and running with WordPress and Pagelines
- Working directly with the development team to improve the product and service
- Becoming an expert on PageLines software
- Creating great experiences and helping people become successful on the web
What skills will you need?
- Fluent in both written and verbal English communication
- Effective written communication skills
- Experience with both HTML and CSS, PHP is a plus
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platform
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently to resolve issues
